| Five Star Review on Amazon UK 19/6/07 from Maureen Ikwuemi, London U.K. The book is amazing. I bought this book in a little bookshop in Clapham and it literally changed my life. It is around 100 pages, and straight to the point. It changed the way in which I thought about eating. Once read you cannot ignore it and go back to your old ways of eating. I tried but I couldn’t. It is basically common sense. I would recommend this book to anybody. Amazon UK 19/6/07
